Where are your CCTV shops in Kumasi?+
We have two shops. Adum: near Prison's Roundabout, in the Mikaddo City Inn & Western Union building. Bantama: on Gladys Cobbina Drive, on the road from the Cultural Centre to Race Course Market. Both are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do you install CCTV at homes and businesses outside Adum and Bantama?+
Yes. Our installers work on site across Kumasi and the Ashanti Region, and we also take projects elsewhere in Ghana. Tell us your location when you ask for a quote.
How much does CCTV installation cost in Kumasi?+
It depends on the number of cameras, the cable distances, the recorder and storage you need, and the type of building. We give you an itemised quotation after we understand your site. You can also see camera kit prices in our online shop.
Can I watch my CCTV cameras on my phone?+
Yes. When the recorder is connected to the internet, you can view live and recorded footage on your phone with the manufacturer's app. We set this up and show you how to use it at handover.
Can you install cameras where there is no electricity?+
Yes. We install solar-powered cameras for sites without mains power, such as building projects, farms and remote gates.
Can you repair or upgrade a CCTV system someone else installed?+
Yes. We service, repair and upgrade existing CCTV systems, including adding cameras, replacing recorders and setting up phone viewing.
