Important Before You Buy
Security systems often require installation, configuration and testing. Please confirm that the product is correct and in good condition before installation or use. Once equipment has been installed, configured, activated or used, it may not be eligible for return except where JakShield confirms a genuine product fault or delivery error.
Eligible Return Requests
All return requests are reviewed by our team before approval.

Report visible damage or missing items immediately after receiving your order so our team can assess the issue.
Eligible products must be unused, complete and returned with original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.

Security equipment damaged after delivery through misuse, power issues or improper handling.
Items returned without original accessories, packaging or proof of purchase.
Special-order products sourced specifically at a customer’s request.
Products with physical damage caused after collection or delivery.
Installation service charges
Installation and labour charges are normally not refundable once a service has been completed, except where JakShield confirms that there was an issue caused directly by our installation work.
How to Request Help

Send us your order number, phone number, product name and clear pictures or videos of the issue.
Step 02
Our team will review the request and may inspect the product before confirming the next step.
Step 03
Where a request is approved, JakShield will confirm whether a replacement, store credit or refund is appropriate.
When a refund is approved, JakShield will discuss the appropriate method with the customer. Depending on the order and payment method, this may include a replacement item, store credit or a refund through an agreed payment channel.
Some products may include manufacturer or supplier warranty support. Warranty terms can differ by product, so contact JakShield with your proof of purchase and product details for assessment.
